Aditya has 21 years of work exp, from analytics to sales to leadership, having worked in 6 different industries and has multiple top-performer awards to his credit. He has done a 1-year Exec program from IIM Kozhikode and a 1-year CXO programme from XLRI (pilot batch).
He is an avid reader & reads anything from management to spirituality, has a wide variety of interests in: Rubik’s cube, occult sciences, chess, cars, travel, fitness, gadgets etc.

Preeti comes with a niche expertise in Analytics and Actuarial Science for over 15+ years in India & Europe. She is also a corporate trainer and advisor in an Olympiad organization.
She has done BA Economics from Miranda House (currently rated All-India #1 college) and further MA Economics from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics.

He has led several large-scale transformation programs, incubating new capability areas, starting new industry practice, new geography development and holds patents in the areas of predictive analytics and optimization. Recently he was honoured as 'Top 100 most influential AI & Analytics leaders' also.
